Christmas Delivery Information
Please note that our warehouse will be undergoing an audit on 15th and 16th December and orders placed on these dates may take up to 4 days to be delivered.
- Last Standard Delivery despatch guarantee for Christmas: Monday, 21st December

CBII Shipping & Handling Policy
- We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping & Handling within the U.S. for all orders over $74.00. On orders less than $74.00 within the U.S., Shipping & Handling is a flat rate of $6.95. Ground Shipping generally takes 5 business days from the time an order is placed to arrive at your door.
- If you select Priority Shipping ($9.95), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12 pm PST the same business day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. Priority Shipping generally takes 3 business days from the time and order is placed to arrive at your door. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.
- If you select 48 Hour Express Shipping ($12.95) , we will fulfill any orders placed before 12 pm PST the same business day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. Express shipping generally takes 2 business days from the time and order is placed to arrive at your door.This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.
Standard Delivery Information
- Our Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over $16 and costs just $3 for orders $16 or less. Standard delivery is available right across the US, Monday to Friday
- Provided your order is placed before 2 PM (PST), we aim to dispatch it from our warehouse on the same working day. Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch, however, some out of area zip codes may take longer
Express Delivery Information
- Provided your order is placed before 2 PM (PST), we aim to dispatch it from our warehouse on the same working day. If it is placed after 2 PM (PST), we still endeavour to dispatch it on the same day but cannot provide any guarantees to this extent. If your order is placed on a non-working day then it will not be shipped until the next working day.

Standard International Delivery Information
We are taking a break from international shipping for now. Apologies for the inconvenience.
- We offer Free International Delivery, minimum order differs per country, details can be found in the table above.
- We use DHL as our main courier for deliveries outside of the UK and offer a fully tracked service with signature.
- Provided your order is placed before 2 PM, we aim to despatch it from our warehouse on the same working day. If it is placed after 2 PM, we still endeavour to despatch it on the same day but cannot provide any guarantees to this extent. If your order is placed on a non-working day then it will not be shipped until the next working day.

How can I return my order?
- We understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to us. If you wish to return it to us, please send it to the below address in its original condition e.g. kept in the original packaging, undamaged and unused. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
- Please note that we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.

- Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. When you return the items back, please make sure you include a note with your order number, name and the reason for return.
When will I get my refund?
Once your goods have been returned to us, we will check to make sure that they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
Please allow up to 10 days from the day we received the item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on how long it takes your bank to process the payment.
If you have opened and part-consumed your product, then we are not able to change it for another product or offer a refund.

We understand that everyone’s tastes are different. If you have opened and part-consumed your product, then we are not able to change it for another product or offer a refund.

Can I exchange an item?
We are unable to offer an exchange of item or items once your order has been dispatched, but providing that the returns guidelines have been met, we will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item.
For orders that have not a dispatch confirmation email from our warehouse yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will endeavor to amend your order as quickly as we can.
If your order has been processed by the time we receive your request, we will not be able to amend your order. Please note that our warehouse staff do not operate outside of our office hours and therefore your order may have been processed by the time the request is reviewed.
I placed an order but never received my confirmation email.
Please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still are unable to locate your confirmation email, please email our friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number so that we may assist you.
Tracking details show that my order has been delivered, but I don't see it.
Please thoroughly check your mailbox or front door area. Sometimes carriers place packages in different places. If your order still has not arrived, please contact the carrier directly. My item arrived damaged.
