CBD Dosage for Beginners
All our bodies are different, and how we respond to CBD is too. As such, it is impossible to provide a singular recommendation on CBD dosage that works for everyone.
Finding the right dosage may take some trial and error. We recommend starting low and going slow, gradually increasing your intake until you find your sweet spot.
Choose your Strength
At CBII, we recommend our Discovery Oil 250mg, this contains 50mg of CBD/1 ml.
You can experiment with different dosages, for example begin with 0.5ml (half a pipette = 25mg) and build up, as long as you don’t exceed the Food Standards Agency’s recommendation of 70 mg a day.
How will CBD make me feel?
Since everyone is different, there isn’t one singular way that CBD can make you feel. It can also depend on what you’re taking CBD for.
For some people, it may make them feel less anxious, quieting the daily noise and worries that whiz around in their head. For others, it could help them get a more restful night’s sleep, helping them feel less tired in the day and as a result more energised and able to concentrate.
Try to take a few moments to reflect each day. The key is to tune in to how you feel, and most importantly what you don’t feel.
